"i'm addicted..."

you know what? i love having a machine that runs really smooth, with a really great operating system on it. but i really hate the fact that i lost ALL my music to get it this way. i almost, almost would have rather kept my old OS, just to keep my music. i had a really great music collection. like, 5 megs worth. ahhhh, it was a beautiful site. now the only problem i'm having is getting my music back. i'm running with a cable modem, so i have a high speed connection strong enough to handle the bandwidth of massive amounts of transfers, only i can't find a site or a download engine to work with. audiogalaxy is too full and busy for me to get the results i want. damn metallica for bringing down napster! so yeah, if anyone knows of a place where i can gets massive amounts of music, relatively fast, HELP ME OUT!!! okay, that's my rant for today. on to something more interesting.

last night i started something that will soon become an addiction, if it hasn't already. yes, i joined the few and the proud. not the marines, but the ranks of those playing D&D. i know that it's not few, but it sounded better that way. crackbaby, dirty, and phitt introduced me to the exciting realm of role-playing, and i'm hooked. it's just great...i can't explain...just trust me.

well, laundry sucks, and having your plans go away does too. i was supposed to go home with louis this weekend, but a change in plans has gone astray and we're not going. that's life, right? so i'm doing laundry and homework instead. oh, and i'll probably game again tonight...look out world, abby's addicted!!! speaking of...i need to go read something...yeah.
